DOC'S WINS BEST APPS AT 13TH ANNUAL STICKY FINGERS

For the second year in a row, DOC’S Commerce Smokehouse has won in the best appetizer / snacks category for their delicious flash fried chicken wings at the 13th Annual Sticky Fingers.

Sticky Fingers is an annual food competition and feast that was held at the Wisconsin Products Pavilion at State Fair Park and judged by 1,300 foodies (attendees)!

DOC'S Smokehouse and Craft Bar won best ribs at the Broad Street Blues & BBQ Festival in Griffith, IN over the June 29th Weekend.

This annual 3-day blues and BBQ festival brings thousands of patrons to Giffith to enjoy the summer, great music and great food! Local celebrity judges, Dan Hampton and Steve McMichael of the 1985 Chicago Bears Superbowl team judged the BBQ!
